Worship leader, recording artist, and songwriter Aria Anaforian has been pursuing worship ministry since an early age. From the start her goal has been to create music and an environment that connects people to the heart of God. This was and is the motivation that birthed the group “ARIA”.

“Now is all you have. This World, this (His) Kingdom can’t wait.”

This is the urgency ARIA feels towards reaching this world for God. In a time where so much effort and time is spent searching for relevance, the band has been moved to evaluate their own lives and refocus on the charge given every follower of Christ; To reach the lost and hurting with Jesus’ message of Love. This realization was the culmination of several years of self-searching and experience.

In 2007 the band recorded and released their first record “Restored”. This project was a compilation of worshipful songs inspired by the lives of individuals in a recovery group in Portland, Oregon. The band led worship for the meetings every Friday for several years.

In 2008 the band released their hit single “This World” which was included on the Rock Rwanda compilation album. Rock Rwanda was a fundraising event for Africa New Life Ministries featuring twelve artists from the West Coast. Just four months later Aria released, My World With Light-EP and headed out on tour along the West Coast.

During their travel through the central valley of California, bay area, and Southern Oregon the group became introspective again and began asking some tough questions of themselves, seeking God for answers. They realized all of the incredible things God had done and the commitments that were made by the young and old to start living their lives for Christ. This began a new chapter, focus, and ministry for the band.

“God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it.” John 3:17 NLT

“We are not reformers but followers of Christ, following the charge of God to reach souls for him.” – Aria Anaforian.

“The love of Christ is so compelling, if it is truly manifest in the church, the kingdom must advance” – Adam Anaforian.

ARIA wants to be a resource and blessing to the church.

“We don’t know what it all looks like. We know the love message of Christ is the focal point. We just have to be obedient to follow where God is leading.”-Joel Swift

ARIA is preparing to jump back in the studio and record their brand new project “Time for Love-EP”…bringing you brand new songs for the church at large and your congregation.
